  • Income Tax & GST registration, filing, and compliance
  • PF, ESIC & TDS compliance services
  • Accounting, bookkeeping & balance sheet preparation
  • PAN, TAN & Digital Signature (DSC) services
  • Tax advisory & regulatory compliance support
All services are provided strictly based on the information and documents supplied by the client.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
  • Submit valid and authentic documents
  • Review all filings, returns, and reports shared with you
  • Comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations
Taxpayer’s Well Wishers shall not be responsible for any errors, delays, penalties, or consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, or delayed information provided by the client.

4. Fees & Payments

  • Service charges will be communicated before starting the work
  • All payments once made are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing
  • Delayed payments may result in suspension or termination of services

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we strive for accuracy and compliance, we do not guarantee refunds, approvals, or specific tax outcomes. Final decisions are made by government authorities and are beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, logos, graphics, designs, and materials are the intellectual property of Taxpayer’s Well Wishers. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:
  • Penalties due to late document submission by clients
  • Government portal downtime or technical failures
  • Changes in tax laws, rules, or regulations
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
  • False or misleading information is provided
  • Terms of Service are violated
  • Legal or compliance risks arise

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
